Default 2000 ex civic
2000 civic ex running rough. Misses and have poor idle. Seems to have minimal effect higher on the rev range. Code p1399. Had put in plugs and wires before I could get scanned. Still didn't help. Do these cars have egrs? And would egr really have that big of an effect?

Cap, rotor, fuel filter?

Haven't done cap and rotor or fuel filter but I was thinking it was my next option
