I have a S2000 brake setup for 4x100 Honda's. Brackets have been shaved 3mm off and rotors have been redrilled.
All parts have been purchased new from centric (rotors and calipers) pads are hawk hp plus.

I don't think you need anything to make it work. I already did all the hard work to make it work for a 4x100 setup
