Default Radiator Suggestions

Any tips or suggestions on radiator replacement. Its a 97 ex accord. I have a slow leak across top.
So far I am thinking of going with OEM Honda around $250 or a Denso brand for About $63. Are there major differences in quality??

looking for a direct fit with no mods.

I found a diy for a manual but not Automatic is there any? I am sure they are close enough. But since its cold weather would love to see exact steps before attempting. Also wondering if it could wait until spring?? So far it a small leak.

Anyway any suggestions on brands or tips on how to would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Honda uses Denso. Try Rock Auto for radiators.

Nice attitude.

I know I could have got a Denso cheaper. My first post. If you responded with something like the quality of a Denso I got from the big box store seems to have the exact quality of my original Honda OEM Denso that would have been helpful.

After reading a review online of someone saying that the Denso they bought was thinner than there original Honda Denso. I went with the heavily discounted Honda OEM radiator.

IMO just because you can buy a Denso brand at another store for cheap does not automatically mean it has the same build quality as a Denso from Honda. I lot of name brands from plumbing to auto parts build items cheaper to sell at big box stores.

I guess that's the big debate.

Maybe I threw money away maybe a didn't? I don't know? Not sure you do either.

Rockauto.com has quite the selection of radiators..
My experience with them didn't go to well..
I had bought one for my 96 Honda accord ex 2.2L and when I hooked everything up (I have a manual trans) I had coolant coming out of the trans cooler that went in and out the bottom. beware if you have an automatic. choose quality
