So the other day my CRV misfired in the first cylinder. 10,000 miles ago (112k) now (122k) and changed the valve cover gasket and spark plugs. The coilpacks where not bad or crouided. But now it's a little colder outside... So other than a bad coilpack, what could cause this issue?

What would cause a valve clearance issue? Tightening down the valve cover down incorrectly? Or is this (from reading the link you shared) a defective honda issue with the K series motor?

And for the injector issue. I can check that tomorrow and see if they're glogged or gimped up.

 

You could swap injectors and see if the problem follows that injector, and that would work with coils as well. I'd also check for vacuum leaks as well using the starting fluid method. If nothing follows it you need to check valve lash and make sure that is correct as well. Next would be check compression across the board. I'd rule out everything before the camshaft issue however when you check valve clearance you can visually look at the cams
