1992 radio harness missing?

1992 radio harness missing?

So I just picked up a 92 hatch and looking into the dash I found out that there is no plug for a radio to be wired up anymore... What harness will I need to get stero hooked up again?

You need the dash harness. It goes to the gauge cluster, dimmer, clock, cigarette lighter/ash tray light and rear defroster and of course the stereo.

Here's a pic of two dash harnesses.

You could also just add the radio portion of the harness. This was my hack job, hence the other dash harness in the pic above.

^Meh, looks fine to me. Get some solder and heat shrink on those connections and it's as good as new.

They are soldered.

and because I did every connection at the same point the finished harness had a nice buldge right there. I just swapped in another uncut harness. Clean and factory insulated.
