Default Help with NA seup!

I need some help on what a good NA setup would be from anyone with a nice one...I am planning on getting the following:
AEM CAI
DC 4-2-1 headers
exhaust (undecided)
cams
cam gears
and i need help on the rest?
what kind of horsepower can i get by going all motor in a GSR?

OEM JDM 4-1
ITR cams
Any free flowing exhaust should get the job done
tune tune tune.

i've seen just under 250whp with a gsr motor....how much money do you have/how crazy do you wanna get?

high compression pistons, forged rods,2.5 inch exhaust system(including header and cat), Toda spec B cam w/ toda cam gears,toda valvesprings, portflow retainers ported and polished head w/ valve job, hondata s200. That should be a good set up for you..and should break 200 whp w/ proper tuning.

cams will make the difference...i basically have all the stuff you got there except for high revving cams..only got a ctr intake cam. if you get high revving cams, that'll make the difference, but your going to have to build up your valve train

it all depends on how deep your pockets are. if you want to be the fastest, get TODA spec C's and high comp pistons. i say get JDM 4-1 headers, any free flowing exhuast, and a comptech ice box or any short ram [comptech is better though]

This sounds close to my setup and I'm totally happy with the outcome. I would love a Hondata but money plays a big factor in this game.
