This 84 honda crx (1.5L carbureted engine) as my daily driver, and since I've bought it I've never been able to adjust the climate control. the only thing on it i can adjust is the Power 1-3 From hot to cold and the Rec button. i am at a loss on what to check for since i am new to mechanic work but the one thing i do notice is sometimes it will switch from defrost to the floor or face vents all on its own. as of recently i just replaced the Cylinder head gasket and did new ground wires to the battery as well as the cylinder head. (not sure if the grounds would make a difference but figured id through it in there) Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated as it is winter and defrosting my car can be a pain at times..
