My 92 eg won't turn on. Meaning when i turn the ignition switch, nothing happens. honks don't work, lights (interior & exterior), basically nothing works when you turn the ignition switch. it's basically dead. no clicks. nothing. i'm not sure if it is the battery (do i need to jump start?) or the alternator

 

Jump it, and when its running pull the negative lead off the battery, if the car dies then the alternator needs replacing. basically what your doing is trying to get the car run of the alternator itself, and well logic is, if it cant stay at 12v to keep spark going, then the car will die.

 

nvm. i had to jump it! my battery was dead. my car alarm drained it. tehee. thanks for the feedback though!
