Default wet cylinders??

Im having a weird problem. I recently refreshed the head on my R with new valve seals, springs and cams. Installed new headgasket and now im having an issue with the cylinders being wet. After idling the car for 20 min or so, the tops of the 4 pistons are wet, the spark plug electrodes are completely dry but the threads up to the seals are wet as well. No extra fluid gets into the combustion chamber when the car is off. I'm not 100% sure what it is, oil or coolent. Oil and coolent seems fine with no cross contamination. Car has perfect compression 225 across the board. Also, there is no white or blue smoke out the tailpipe. I'm also getting a little bit of fluid on the front left corner of the motor where the headgasket is. I doesn't flow out, it just looks like a tiny sweat. this is vtec solenoid side of the motor. I'm not driving it at the moment. Just starting it up when diagnosing, so not too sure about oil consumption or if its losing coolent. What are my next steps? coolent pressure test and leak down tests perhaps?
