This is a technical forum. Your options are moving the thread to the GDD forum or closure. Neither option is good.

Not a place you want to be. Also, that is the most generic Civic I've seen - there are hundreds if not thousands of cars that look EXACTLY like that out there. Go to the DMV and get a record of previous owners. No one around here is going to be able to magically tell you who owned that.
