go to any autobody supply store or most Nappas, give them the paint code and get them to mix it, you do know this is multi stage paint right? and two part paint, I'm not sure how much you know about automotive paints

For touch-up paint, Amazon is a cheap place to find the paint that matches yours.

Dupli-color is very close to OEM colors. If you can find your make and color on the can at either Autozone or O'reilly's you should be fine as long as you go through the steps right.

Go to an actual paint supply, Napa does mix paint (Martin Senour I believe) which is a decent quality. Nason is a budget friendly line if you're painting a whole car, the color match is terrible. I sprayed my CRX a base blue(no metallics) about 3 years ago and the basecoat is fading, but the clear holds up real nice. For a red car I would suggest Metalux or ProSpray. It's nice stuff but you're going to pay money. For a whole car you will need about a gallon and red is the most expensive color. looking at 300-400$ just for basecoat.
