94 ex 4dr engine harness problems

94 ex 4dr engine harness problems
ok so the deal is that I have a 94 Honda civic ex 4dr it have the stock d16z6 but it had an lsv turbo in it before I got the car and the engine harness has been hacked on that it is beyond fixable there is no hope for it so I got a new harness its in great shape but ran in to a new problem the harness I got is off of a 92-93 dx civic so it has no map wire or the wires for vtec . with all that being said is there an easy fix for this dx harness to be to be ran with my ex body harness??????????
also if there is anyone in the Winston-Salem NC area that has a good uncut z6 harness that they would be willing to trade for a good uncut dx harness plz hit me up

I know I could always do that but will the dx motor harness plug in to my ex body harness and everything work as it should as far as all the other sensors are concerned

I have tried and all I can find is **** that is just about as bad as the one I already have or have to wait for it to be shipped and run into **** like I already have

ok I know im going to have to wire in the vtec and map I got that that's no biggie and maybe I didn't ask the ? WILL THE DX ENGINE HARNES WORK WITH MY EX BODY HARNESS

Yes except for the wires you have to add for vtec and the map. Which should only have to be added up to the shock tower and not all the way to the ecu as they should be there already

thank you 92ehatch you answered my question now with that being establish that I can use this harness dose anyone know the pinout for the shock tower plugs?

This is fairly accurate. What you want is about half way down the page. (I compared to a 93 ETM so I didnt see any discrepancies.) As always double check as your milage may vary.

They are both in the electrical portion of the fsm
