99 civic driver side headlight low beam not working

99 civic driver side headlight low beam not working
Randomly my low beam on my driver side is not working. Works fine on passenger side. All high beams work fine.
First thing I checked was bulbs they were both good. then wiggled all the wires and checked the ground and it still didn't do anything. I have not grounded the plug I don't know which pin is ground on the headlight plug.
