That looks/sounds really bad.

I'm thinking you've got a bad case of CV Cup pitting:

Axles? vibration... only on acceleration - S2KI Honda S2000 Forums

Are the vibes there when the car is on the ground and you're under power? It could look worse than the average s2k CV Cup problem with the car jacked up and the suspension at full droop.

or your diff is going full potato.

its like once i put it into 1st gear and move forward/backwards i get a popping noise which restrict me from moving. if the car is in neutral it moves freely like there is no issue at all....blah!!

have you drained the diff housing to see if there are pieces of diff in the fluid?

Looks like one of the teeth on the pinion has broken, or has cracked. You can see it take up the slack before it starts moving the axles. Do not drive on this anymore before you get a complete and catastrophic failure inside the diff. Although its probably cheaper and easier, unless you have extra parts hanging around, to just get a new diff. Good luck!

Not sure where you're from, but here's a few diffs I found with a quick eGay search.

That's what happened to my AP1 about 2 1/2 years ago. I had the catastrophic failure of the pinion. It will tweak the housing/whatever part so bad that it can be rebuilt. I found this out after having it rebuilt(new pinion and ring gear) and it sounding just as bad as when it was broken. Ended up buying a used diff and sellling car about a year or so later.

Heed the advice in op.
