HF TPS Low volts at WOT even with new TPS
Couldnt get much help on crxcommunity so ill try here.
My hf has been having a stumbling feeling to it while cruising at low throttle and will idle real low or surge usually. I cleaned iac and did other things as well and checked the tps. I have good ground on it checked for 5 volts 2 different ways and everything.*
At idle position it was reading like .63 and was smooth all the way to like 3.6. I just went ahead and got a new one from omnipower and installed it adjusted to .45 idle but at WOT it still reads low, like 3.3 now. Even turning it all the way one direction it's only maybe 3.6. Grounds were good and getting 5 volts constant so I'm not sure what's going on if another sensor causes this or if something else is outta wack. The throttle opens up all the way against the stop and buttery fly appears to be fully open. Thanks

Did you adjust the throttle cable bracket stop? It has a really small nut with an Allen wrench threaded sleeve which allows you to open or close the throttle plate a little more or less.
I think I know what you're talking about the throttle cable adjustment? I have messed with it a little without much change. The throttle opens up all the way to the throttle stop and buttery fly goes horizontal so figured that was WOT. I didn't use thermostat housing but I used a body ground and got same low readings.
