93 civic ex/b18b1 swap with gsr head -- sputter issues
So I have a 93 civic ex did a b18b1 swap with gsr head I'm in need of help from a pro it keeps sputtering til it gets past my vtec point and then is fine I have replace my air temp sensor and changed to an ls ecu it dies if I don't give it gas and its idle is really rough not sure wats going on plugs keep fowling out please some1 help me
Plugs fouling out how? Are they getting carbon coated? Fuel soaked? Broken? Why are you using an LS ECU on an LSVTEC hybrid? Have you checked your mechanical and ignition timing? Is the CEL on? Does it work?
Did you get an lsv kit? Did you get it tuned?
You have to get those tuned as it is not a factory engine
Also this probably belongs in hybrid engine forum for the best help

Considering how often we hear about poorly thought out projects here, it has as much a chance to be answered here as it does anywhere else. OP definitely messed up somewhere along the line, now we just have to decode the nonsense and figure out where it is.

No I don't have my ecu chipped...yet and I'm gonna go over everything again ignition timing etc.... also I have my vtec ran through my shift light on my teach as poor as that sounds it works great cuz my vtec kicks at 3500 rpm and as for the plugs there black and wet with either oil or gas not sure cuz its all black although I do smell gas again the story is this I bought a b18b1 with gsr head 550cc injectors and crower valves springs and retainers swapped it all into my 93 civic ex and converted my civic from auto to manual with that being said I got an ls ecu cuz I was running my stock auto ecu (p06) and knew it wouldn't register all the plug sensors for this block and head (b18b1/gsr) so I got a p75 to chip but after I plugged in the p75 it still changed nothing and one more question will a bad front crank seal cause a noise???
You are going to have to get a tune. Also engaging vtec at 3500 is a bit early.
I really don't see how we can help if you are running the "wrong" ecu

Holy ****, you're running 550cc/min injectors. That's why your car won't run right, that's why your plugs are black, and that's why you very well may have already ruined your motor. Stop driving your car. Now. Tow it to a tuner and have it tuned before you do any more damage.

It's beyond checking the rings at this point. Get it tuned, and pray you didn't wash the cylinders too badly. The only solution to washed cylinders is an engine overhaul. You might end up paying a hefty price for your silly mistake.
