I'm not sure why this pic of the rear came out like it did. it looks like there's a bunch of ****/scratches all over the hatch, but it's not like that at all. i'll try to get a better pic of it later.

are you sure thats a gsr? looks like it has LS wheels to me...

to check, pop your hood and make sure it says DOHC VTEC on the valve cover.

Looks like an ls to me! sorry bro, hate to spoil your thread. But I believe the tachometer redlines at 6800 RPM'S-just look at the pic of the gauge cluster-unless the guage cluster is wrong? Still a clean car!
I'm sorry there is two pics of the gauge clusters- why? One redlining at 8k and the 2nd one at 6.9k
The second one must not be your car. The GSR did come with the honeycomb wheels in 1997. Nice ride-have fun.

Look at engine/valve cover. LS engines don't look like that.

Even comes with GSR OEM strut bar

Look on the block, it wil say B18C1

i kinda like the leather wrap - it makes the wheel quite a bit thicker

my tach definitely redlines at 8000. the second pic posted by another guy was of a different car just giving me an example of what a non-leather wrapped steering wheel looks like.

got it for $11,700 with 45,000 miles.

Why is the passenger vent beige, and the driver vent black?! Did Acura make them all like that? I never noticed it until just now....

 

Sup bro, I own a 96 GSR. My ride used to look exactly like that minus the rims.
The air vent is black b/c I dont think honda wanted to make a tan button for the sun roof.

Where do I get the floor mats in the second pic?

nope, just black plastic lining or something. i dunno - it's not rust though.

 

take off the black rubber linings on the back wheel wells, they collet dirt and other crap and cause rust. You'll notice that spot rusts on hondas alot.

Those are 1997 GSR wheels, not LS wheels. The LS just happened to have come with them in later years.

 

i tink the vents come like that every car. just like the ITR's. only the passenger vent isn't the "Carbon Fiber" like everything else in the car.

those are 97 gsr wheels. for 99 they put those wheels on the LS/GS
