I have a honda civic 2005 Special Edition,
I am suffering from a noise like a subway moving. this noise is noticed with both all seasons tires and winter tires.

In the video the winter tires GoodYear ultra grip are installed and they are in a good condition.

When checking wheel bearing by pulling,pushing and spinning wheels when the car is jacked up.

In this video you can hear this noise like "wooowooowoooo" which increases as well as car speed increases and the noise gradually disappears when reducing speed at the end of the video.

Sounds kind of like a wheel bearing.

 

If you listen carefully when driving on a smooth highway swerve slightly to either side, if your ear is tuned into the noise you will hear and possibly feel the noise get louder.

If your lucky you will feel it in the car steering wheel or the seat if it's a rear bearing.

What you have is a wheel bearing with a bad spot in one of the roller bearings or a rough spot on the race.

I used to do was find a stretch of interstate with new smooth pavement for this test, it will help eliminate the road noise and help you zero in on the correct bad wheel bearing.

4 corners 4 bearings do a little research find out what bearings fail the most on your model that will help point you to the most likely candidate.

 

It's not uncommon for this model Civic to have wheel bearing issues.
