Default 94 Civic DX Crank, No Start

Hey guys, I've got a 94 Civic that won't start. It died on me one day, so I had to tow it home. Got it working temporarily by replacing the fuel pump, then it died again a few days later. I had it towed to an auto shop where they replaced the distributor. It worked fine for about a month after that, then it died again, and now it won't start. So far, the distributor, plugs, plug wires, TPS, fuel pump, and O2 sensor have been replaced recently. I've got spark and gas going to the engine, but it still just cranks. Before it died, it was running really rich and throwing CEL codes 43 and 15. Anyone have any ideas on what the problem might be?

Is spark bright white?

Do the fuel injectors spray fuel?

Have you checked the mechanical timing and compression tested the cylinders?

Ron: I've got strong spark on all four plugs, the injectors are indeed spraying fuel, and three of the four cylinders are within the correct range for the compression test

Larios: Apparently I forgot to say that the main relay has been replaced, sorry. As for the ECU, is there a way to test that if I don't have a similar one I can borrow from another car?

Thanks for the responses. Sorry I didn't respond sooner, the holidays have been a bit hectic.

This^ seems to be the problem. Post the details.

Did you check the mechanical timing?

Cylinders 1, 3, and 4 were all at 140-160ish psi, with number 2 not getting higher than 50.

The timing is good, the marks line up perfectly

Bad cyl 2. Do a cylinder leakdown test to determine where compression is lost.

If you decide to rebuild, first fix CEL codes 15 and 43.

Just a crazy idea of which I have many, but can you pull the injectors out and prime the system to see if #2 injector is leaking?

Two birds with one stone if that's the problem.... Code 43 and leaky injector will wash the cylinder walls causing no compression.
