Icon6 Starting problem

So it seems I have joined the masses! Long story short! My fuel pump is fine as is the relay, I have checked them! I have spark everywhere including coil! Fitv, and the other idle valve has been cleaned as well. All the grounds have been mean greened and scrubbed with a wire brush. And reattached properly. I have changed dizzy cap, rotor, plugs, and wires, as it needed it anyway. All my grommets under the dash are intact as well, and it has a new starter. It seems all of the advise that I have read on here, for other people in my situation, the advise is that it is the igniter. By my question is, if I have spark to my coil every time, does that not mean my igniter is working correctly. Yes I hear the relay click, and the fuel pump primes, and I screwed the punger thing in the idle valve as well when I cleaned it. Also how do I know if I have flooded it or not? As I let it sit for two days in the garage and it cranked right up. But has not cranked since, yes it will turn over but not start. It does not throw a cel light code or anything. I had it towed to a garage after it left me stranded on the road, they said it needed dizzy cap, plugs and wires, rotor and new battery, without trouble shooting at all, apparently, as I took my battery out and had it checked, it gives off more than 12 volts! They also wanted $480 to do the above things! Ummm yea. I went and bought the parts and did it myself in their parking lot! And it still did not start! So I had it towed home, as I was not going to allow them to rob me! It sat for two days and then it cranked up like nothing was ever wrong with it! That was Monday, it is Weds now, I tried all day yesterday to get it to start to no avail! help!

Long answer short, read the FAQ sticky, use the diagnostic procedures there, and if that fails, start your own thread, don't be a thread-jacking clown, organize your post a LOT better than that, and get rid of the exclamation points. Periods exist for a reason.

Wow! Hatefulness seems to run rampant in this world. I apologize for the lack of my Honda tech post writing knowledge. " Thread-Jacking" was never my intent.!!!!!!!!
