Icon3 New, I want to Turbo a B18c5

Hey my name is Tyler,

I just sold my 91 Toyota mr2 and I bought a 96 Honda civic ek, now I know a little about cars but not enough to swap and rebuild an engine and turbo it.

I want to build a B18c5 turbo, but I don't know how I should go about it and what parts I need like block, head, etch. So short version I need a list of EVERYTHING that's needed to complete this, just part names not brands ill get to that later I just want to understand it first. Money isn't an issue but like everyone I do not have an unlimited amount of money.

My goal to gain most boost with turbo.

My EK6

Welcome Tyler! Although there is a plethora of information in on this forum, there are some unspoken rules. Rule number one, nobody will spoon feed you the information when it's painfully obvious you haven't done research first. Rule number two, nobody will spoon feed you the information when it's painfully obvious you haven't done research first. Start here......https://honda-tech.com/honda-civic-d...tions-1998336/

That's how I was when I first started out too and then there's this point like on a bell curve where something clicks and you'll start understanding everything and realize that it's a slow and cumbersome undertaking, well worth it in the end, but cumbersome. Details are your friend in this instance haha and as anyone will tell you, knowledge is power! Good luck on on the quest for boost.
