Default 1994 civic hatch h22a

I'm having issues with a light throttle/steady flow throttle.

Story.
Got the car ran perfect. Shift cables broke somewhere. (Replaced trans thinking it was that before cables since I was new to h/cables) pulled motor swapped trans placed back in same issue. In doing so another issue aroused. My light throttle/steady throttle. It revs to 1500 rpms under a light throttle. Under full throttle it will jump straight to launch it'll boumce their a second then surpass it like its not reading the set rpm. When trying to drive it jerk bad at a steady throttle or steady speed. Vtec suppose to engage at 4900 now it around 5600 at full throttle no issues accelerating what so ever.
I've replacd the tps and it had no affect. I'm told it may be the tach signal wire going from the dizzy to the ecu. I didn't encounter this issue til I pulled motor n put back in.

Thinks I've tried.
Replaced tps
Reseting ecu/tps readings by unplugging ecu
Moving sensor plugs around
Unplugging tps / map sensors n trying to start it to pin point the sensor.

This is my last piece to my puzzle then ill b able to drive her again. Any help/leads will b greatly appreciated
