Default B20Z2 DA Integra Fuel Pressure Regulator question

So I just got my turbo b20z2 into my Integra. What I think is a fuel return line on the bottom of the fuel pressure regulator is holding me up.

Is it actually a fuel return? Are there any fuel return lines already on the car? Is there a way to bypass it?

It spits fuel out the entire time I prime the pump.

yes there is a fuel return line for that chassis. if im not mistaken it comes out of the firewall since the fuel lines on those da's are inside the car along the drivers rocker arm

^ you are correct. It is directly behind and slightly below the intake manifold on DA chassis.
