Default Prolonged cranking or intermittent no start

1993 Honda Civic 4 door Automatic.
Recent drop in temperature into the 30's (may or may not be related)
Cranks for about a minute (Cranking 20 seconds at a time) then starts.
Stopped at a gas station and would not start. Can't hear the fuel pump prime.
Removed the back seat and verified no power to fuel pump at time of no start. Used starting fluid and it started and continued to run until I turned it off 15 minutes later.
Checked all the fuses mentioned in the other posts I have read, 31 13 43 44 and 24 in dash. Removed main relay took it apart and verified solder joints. Reassembled vehicle and now, it will prime after about a 10 second delay with key in run position. Once it starts it runs fine.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. On a side note had it not broken down I would have never found this awesome site..

Generally, the problem you describe is caused by a bad ECU.
