I need to replace my brake and gas pedal set.
Okay, without the driver seat and with a lot of effort because of the ******* position you need to adopt, I haven't been capable of dissasemble the brake/throttle pedals, I unhanged the steering column too, but the pedalset always gets in touch with something in order to be removed.
What the hell I need to do?

You probably need to remove the dash to completely replace those pedals. I had to do that for my 00 civic. It made it so much easier for me to properly wire the starter sensor and the cruise sensor.

re: Civic EG6 - disassemble pedal set
are you trying to remove the pedal box? it's usually bolted to the back of the booster by the four nuts, and normally a couple up near the steering wheel brace, don't forget you need to take out the cotter key and clevis pin for the brake booster. I just did this on my 86 to swap pedal boxes, and it's a son of a bitch. I had the dash out already, plus the column dropped, and the fuse box removed. I also unbolted and removed the steering wheel bracing, not sure if yours has that, but most are similar on Honda stuff, definitely take out the fuse box

take some pictures of the pedal box itself, it looks very similar to the one in mine, fuse box in same place etc, there are a fing bastard to get back in too, it will help a lot to have someone hold the brake booster in place while you try to line up the pedals on the studs and start the nuts

There's no "problem" unbolting the pedal set, the problem is that the steering column goes in the middle, so when you try to flip, etc.. it gets in touch with everything. I don't know if fuse box can be removed without taking off the dash.
And yes, I removed the column bracing.

Re: Civic EG6 - disassemble pedal set
should be a nut on both sides of the fuse box, take those off and it should pull forward enough to unplug everything, I can see one of them in one of your pictures, since your clutch pedal comes off, you definitely should be able to get yours out by working around the column with it lowered, why not just remove the U joint and just take it out? On mine it's all one piece, and I have a lot less room then you do, but it still comes out
Remove the dash to get the pedals out??! No sir, not correct. Fuse box mayyyyybe, but I doubt it. You will need to drop the steering column though. You do not need to remove it from the joint, though. I have done this about 5 times or more.

you will need to remove the plastic that covers the steering column. You can drop the column but its not needed. just follow the bracket of the brake pedal to the top and you will see the bolt..

it's not hard to drop the column and it makes it a lot easier, as you can move it around as you maneuver the pedals

ONLY dropping the column??? My eyes would love to see that.

If you say that's only need to drop the column, not too much bolts involved so, at max 10 bolts, difficult access but not too much bolts. Don't understand.

I didn't remove that plastic, but I dropped the column.
