I have a 98 EJ6 that has a D15B swap, Harness and intake have been converted to manual so it has the 2 wire IACV. Whenever you crank the car up it seems to run fine until you go to press the gas, it hesitates extremely bad and you practically have to press it all the way down to even get it to move, it'll start to misfire bad and idle down until it dies. but if you let it sit awhile it'll crank up fine until you press the gas. No CEL, mechanical timing it on even tried a new Dizzy and ecu. Any suggestions

 

Have you tried swapping the MAP and TPS connectors?

 

I would verify they are in the correct place rather than just swapping them
