Hi i have a 97 civic ex vtech with new parts : spark plugs and wire set, timing belt and everthing else in timing area new about a year ago . So yesterday somehow one of the plug wires stop working at the same time i diceded to put new Distributor cap and rotor were i notice when i was going to mark the Distributor it was at full tilt why so ? Is it because its off at the timing belt or something? Thanks
