1998 Honda civic dx d16y7 throttle body adjustments
How do I set my idle bypass screw on my throttle body. A honda race fan cranked it up so it would dump more fuel for racing. Only i don't know what direction he went, or how many turns. How do I set it back to normal. I tried the idle set procedure but the IAC surges when it's unplugged. So I can't set my base idle ( about 800 rpms).
