2011 Honda Civic LX-S and I been using 5w20 Castrol Edge and it's been the best oil the engine is quietest on it and everything what kind of Oil do you use?

 

I believe there is a thread already on this... you can search and find out what others are using.

I only use full synthetic Motul oil in my Si and LX.

I've used Mobil 1 0W20 and had great luck with it on my EX-L. The old oil usually looks clean when I change it.

 

I know alot of People like Mobil 1 some claim it's the best. My Dad used mobil 1 in his 2006 Dodge Dakota V8 4x4 and it caused him a ticking sound. He drained it right away and put in his regular Valvoline and it went away. Only reason I haven't given Mobil 1 a shot. Not sure if the it's to thin rumor is true. All vehicles are different and maybe for a Honda Civic it's a good thing?
