can you identify this sound?
Its coming from the back of the head or the intake only at about 1800 rpms
its a f22b2
couldent get the vid to upload but here's the link any help would be appreciated thanks
That is either valves out of adjustment, or your exhaust is leaking at the down pipe to catalyst connection.
Get under the car, if it is as lout of louder, exhaust leak. Can always use a big of SeaFoam to verify if there is an exhaust leak, adding it will cause the exhaust to smoke, if there is a leak you should be able to see the smoke.
Use a stick/broom handle/extension from the valve cover to your ear. If the sound is the same or louder then it is a valve adjustment issue.
Make sure there is oil in the crankcase, low oil can cause the lifters to rattle.
