95 Accord. (Batt or Alt)
I'm hoping someone can drop some knowledge on me on what's happening.
It's a 95 Honda Accord 2.2 engine. Issues is that it seems to have a low charge. I put a new battery to see what would happen and its still the same result. NOTE: car still turns on and stays on even after diconnecting the battery while car engine running.

Clean the battery tray.
Clean battery.
Verify battery connections are clean and tight.
Verify cables are not degraded, overheated, corroded.
Verify cable connections to engine and fuse box are clean and tight.
Verify main ground attachment to transmission, and jumper on engine mount are installed correctly, as well as clean and tight.
Verify battery is can hold a full charge of 12.6V.
Verify electrical system is properly charging when engine is idling with no accessories on charging voltage will be between 13.9-15.5Volts.
Turn blower fan on, voltage should not be lower than 13.5Volts.
