Hello Honda-Tech

I have this blue connector under the dash by the fuse box (light blue) that has these two wires on the lower left of the connector that are spliced together using a connector bud but go to nothing! Both are lightish blue wires and one has a red stripe.

I am trying to fix a nightmare behond the dash and am stuck here as I can't find anything/anywhere they go to.

Please help!

Car is a 1998 Honda Civic hatchback DX model USDM spec.

 

Here is a photo. You can see the blue crimp/bud but it's cut right after that and doesn't go anywhere.
