Default Ride height problems

ok i have a 89 ef sedan that im changing the ride height on but im not liking the results. sits to high in the front. i had it slammed on blown struts but got out of it not going back up alot. i started with 1" st lowering springs with gabriel ultra struts and it was really high in the front so i cut 2 coils off the front and its still to high. I swapped the fronts with coilovers and sammed them and its still to high in the front. so then i put a new set on 2" front 1.7" rear and its still to high in front wtf is going on?

When you say it's too (or "to" as you say) high in the front, that's kind of vague. Do you mean it's not sitting as low as you'd expect? That it's not lowering at all? That the front isn't lowering but the rear is? That the front is only high relative to the back?

Some pics or better sense of the context would be helpful.

Have you done any other work on it? Replaced the control arms or anything? If so, you didn't torque them down unloaded did you?

you do realize that the wheel arch is a lot higher in front to clear the tire and wheel when turning right?

yea i do, but that would explain a 2 inch wheel gap in the front with spring that are shorter in the front. And yes there labeled front and rear

you sure you got the right shocks and springs for that car?
I am running Eibach Prokits with KYG gr2 and top hats and have less gap than that in front with stock tire size. you did drive the car and get the suspension to settle right?

Did you not clock your control arms properly? You didn't tighten the nuts down with the suspension hanging did you?

Are your front forks slid all the way up flush against the brake line brackets on the front struts?
