Hello, I have picked up an 03 Civic, and had to replace the outer boot, now I am having the hardest time to seat the axle flush to the transmission. Any hints or tricks I should know about. Please and thank you.

Did you try removing the axle and attempting to reseat it? A deadblow hammer might help as well.
