If you'd like OEM parts, I'd recommend Honda Parts OEM 30% Off | No Tax!! Outside California | Honda Dealer Parts
Rockauto.com if you want inexpensive parts.

Owners manual will tell you what needs to be done at certain intervals. Also if the prevous owner didn't provide any receipts for previous maintenance than you have the whole shebang to do.
stick with OEM parts and youll be fine.. especially with the rotor and cap.
I would be more worried about the gas sitting in it for years. I would dis connect the line at the rail and let the pump do its thing. Id use that old gas in a lawnmower or something needing 2 cycle oil..

I had to pull the tank off and clean it out with acid.the tank was still full, but had turned a dark brown ,almost like a varnish/tar mix., fuel pump and float were no good, had to replace both of them.
If the car has been sitting for 5 years, i'd start with the brakes. The seals have been sitting turning hard, and brake fluid absorbs moisture. No fun getting it running only to find out it doesn't stop.
Good chance the valve cover, pan cover and distributor seals are hard and leaking.
The other things you're considering are good ideas. timing Belt, water pump, while doing all that the front crank oil seal and cam seal.
A search of the net should find electronic copies of the FSM.
