Hey guys first time post. This accord has 220k miles and started making this knocking sound and also idles very low. Anyone have any ideas? I already cleaned the throttle body and idle air control valve. The oring for the iACV seems like it needs to be replaced. Please help!

 

Sorry this is the 90-02 Accord forum, 03-up used a different engine for four cylinders. No idea what engine you have.

 

Well any solid knocking would be an indication of engine bearings that are gone. If its a mechanical knocking, chances are you wont be fixing it by cleaning things. How is your timing belt? Oil level? could be a multitude of problems
