Am I deaf?

All speakers in my 04 accord v6 suddenly stopped working, anyone know this problem

A common thing to happen on these cars, is for the speaker wires on the trunk speakers to get knocked loose. If one wire gets loose somehow, and grounds out against any metal, it can cause all the sound to go out. Might not be your problem, but I would check that first.
