MECHANIC HELP? CODE p1298, p1129, p0505
I own a 2003 Honda Civic LX 1.7 Automatic. I recently took the car in for "work". I had the oil changed, all the air filters changed, brakes/rotors. Now, two weeks later I was driving down the interstate and the car died. I tried to crank it back up it last a few seconds then died again. I changed the fuel pump relay now the car will start but it's awful. It's idling wrong and drives horrible a 10 mile trip ate almost 1/4 of gas (I get 32 miles a gallon). My check engine light came on and it's throwing pressure manifold sensor p1298 electric circuit high input p1129 idle control system p0505.
I have no idea what to do from here. Suggestions?

sounds like a bad vacuum leak or bad IAC valve(idle air control valve)
p1298 is the ELD electric load detection sensor in the underhood fuse box (sensor is a common fail item)
p1129 is the map sensor higher than expected bad sensor or(possible vacuum leak or stuck open idle control motor/valve) see below
p0505 IAC valve issue (can cause stall, rough running ,high idle)

spdracrm3, I am having a similar problem.
I have codes P0505, P1457, P1129, P1505 and P00113.
I have searched these codes on this site and it seems that some refer to a vacuum leak. Is it possible that one issue is causing more than one code?
Are these fixable at home type of jobs or go to a service centre type of work.
Signed, the working poor.
