DC Sport is usually pretty good with fitment never had trouble with there product but I just received my cs-2 front strut bar and it doesn't fit. I even try jacking up the front shocks to give it some slack but its off so much that it still doesn't fit.

Any tricks ? Maybe I just received a defect one from DC?

 

What type car are you trying to install it in?

Exactly which part # do you have, and exactly what trim do you have? How exactly is it not fitting?

 

The one for 99-00 civic .. only one side of the bar goes on then on the other side mounting holes is about 1" pass the 2 bolts

 

If you can't correctly answer a question, you aren't going to get a correct answer. You probably have the wrong bar, but until you answer the two very simple questions I asked, we can't tell you that for sure.

 

It's the correct model number i don't have it with me so can't tell you but the manual says for 99-00 civic

 

You say it's the correct part number, yet it doesn't fit.

Three very simple questions. You have only answered one of them. If you want help, you have to answer questions that you are asked.

 

I have a feeling he bought it used and from someone who claimed it was for an 96-00 civic

Take a picture and post it OP.

I don't see the big issue here.

You bought it new...it didn't fit

Call the manufacturer or whoever you bought it through.

Send it back

Get proper replacement
