Honda Civics 1992- 95. No start issue. I had spark but no fuel. assumed it the fuel pump but discovered it to be a module am guessing to be the fuel pump relay.It was located to the left of the fuse panel drivers side under the dash. At times the car would either not start or start u and quit right away. Temp i removed it from its bracket 10 mm nut so it hung down and when i gave it a whack it started right up
