What steel is the stock exhaust pipe?

What type of steel is the stock exhaust pipe on Accords 98-07?
My girlfriend's family are all Honda owners (will only use OEM parts) and they're convinced that Honda uses stainless steel, but I don't see how that's possible. There's rust all over them.
The braided flex pipe may be stainless, correct? But what about the A and B pipe?

They are just galvanised steel. It depends on where they get the OEM parts but most manufatures put some kind of rust resistant coating on the piping. That's why it only starts to rust significantly after a certain amount of time because of rocks, debris and weathering takes off the coating. And the coating is very thin so it's not made to last long anyway. Newer piping corodes on the surface but won't usually rust clean through the pipe.
