Icon5 repair cost '04 Side Curtain/drivers seat air bags

In a recent collision the driver's side, side curtain airbag and air bag in the drivers seat (not steering column) deployed. Any ideas on the repair costs for these items. Car was "barely" hit actually - clipped on the drivers side of the rear bumper. '04 Accord EX

Recently did the seatbelt retractor, buckle and the SRS (would NOT reset) for about $1,200 at non-dealer repair shop. Much more than i had thought it would be. Suspect the air bags would be substantially more. Sorry...

Minumum ,you'll need:
- SRS control unit (under dash)
- SRS crash sensor
- side-curtain airbag
- seat airbag
- seat belt
- seat belt buckle
- seat cover
- headliner

New, that's at least $2500 just in parts. If available, you could probably get all that for half the price salvage but, the seatbelt, buckle, seat and side-curtain airbags are considered explosive devices and they usually won't ship so, you'll probably have to get them local.

Nationwide salvage listings: Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market

If you decide to go new get them from one of the online Honda dealers as you can get them for a significant discount compared to your local dealer.

If you can't do the work yourself then you're looking at $1000 minimum for labor.
