Default EPS problem.

What's up guys I'm new here... Always browsed around the forums but never became a member.

Anyway. I'm having an issue with my power steering. The steering wheel is completely locked. The car was parked for about 5 months. I just put a swap in the car. But didn't touch the subframe at all. Checked all my connections and the #1 fuse under the hood all seems to be fine, but steering does not work whatsoever. Any help would be very appreciated.

I tried the search option and couldn't fine anything to benefit me in this issue.

Check your battery. If it is low, the EPS could be getting a bad signal, like the engine isn't running, hence the lock-up...

Got my info off Civinfo from the UK.

I just put a new battery in it this evening and it was doing the same thing.
No EPS light either which is strange.

Check under-dash Fuse No. 4 (7.5A).

What exactly is the issue? You can turn the steering wheel after starting the car, but it's not power-assisted? Did you plug in the rack wiring after the swap?

Or is the steering wheel locked with the car started, and you can't turn it at all?

Locked even when the car is started
Won't move at all. After trying every option I saw
Possible I called my local honda ... There's a warranty extension
On the eps module.
Which is what I'm assuming went bad
