Default Tech help w/ tuning a built all-motor H22A

In about 2 weeks we should be firing up my wife's built H22A w/ 11:1 compression, portflow head, and Jun cams and we need some tech help on what we should set the fuel settings on her V-AFC until we can get it broken in and then to a dyno w/ a wideband O2 sensor. We're running stock ecu, fuel pump, injectors, etc. so we're going to have to make the corrections, at least temporarily, utilizing the V-AFC. My initial plan is to set the vtec crossover point @ 6,000, increase fuel 5 percent over stock maps across the entire power band, use 1 heat range colder plugs, and retard the ignition timing to around 13-14 degrees to help prevent detonation due to poor air:fuel ratio. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
