I own an 03 accord with a navi system and I need to know if anyone has had the same issue that I'm having. The heat is only blowing how when I drive but at idle it's cold and with the ac it's the same was only blows cold when driving but at idle it blows warm air.. Can someone help me out with this issue?

 

Well i suggest you to check if the Fans are working properly

 

Agreed on fans. The system only works with proper airflow, which it seems it only gets from driving. Has your car overheated recently?

First check fuses and relays, then test fans and coolant temp switch.
