Default Turbo non vtec b18b build.

Hello honda tech, I have recently just acquired a project from a buddy of mine and it is all apart, I plan to have it finished and on the rollers within the next week or so.I Was just trying to get a rough estimate on the amount of power I should be expecting on pump 93 and also e85. I'll give you guys a little parts list and see if I could get some estimates. Also maybe some suggestions also because I still have a few parts I need to buy.

The engine head consists of all crower valve train, crower stage 3 cams, crower cam gears, port and polished, 5 angle valve job, edelbrock intake manifold,70mm skunk 2 intake, aem fuel rail and fpr. Precision 1000cc injectors, dual aem 320 pumps, custom fuel lines front to rear

the block is a b18b1 and it has 81.5mm 9:1 comp wiesco pistons, eagle rods, block gaurd. Full race ram horns, precision 6262pte, 3inch vband bumper exit down pipe, tail wastegate, dump out the hood, precision 750hp intercooler, 3inch 2 piece intercooler piping all welded, tial bov, ls tranny, stage 5 competition clutch ,stock axles, solid mounts.

That's about it, I haven't bought a tuning software for it yet but I was looking at the aem v1 and was wondering if it would even be worth it to get that over the s300 for a build like this.

Any help would be appreciated (:

Looks like a solid setup for the most part. You could probably make more power then the stock sleeves can handle.

Don't forget about Neptune rtp with demon package for a tuning solution. Its cheaper then the 2 you mentioned and their customer support is second to none.

Ultimately the stock sleeves and injectors are what will limit power.

On straight 93 you won't make more than mid to upper 400s. That's the chemical limit of the fuel for the displacement you have.

When you run e85 the injectors will stop you since it takes 30%-40% more fuel to make the same power as 93 on e85. Which kind of defeats the lower cost since fuel economy goes out the window but it makes power.

1000's took me to 460whp before being maxed out on a 255lph. You cold probably bump up the pressure and get 500 out of them with that pump on E85
