Default Metal rubbing sound from front right wheel.

Edit: Typo in title, its the front right wheel

Hey all, this just started today. When I have the wheel cranked all the way to the right I get a metal on metal rubbing sound from the front right wheel. This happens even when the car is sitting still. Any ideas? The noise only happens when the wheel is turned most of the way to the right. It doesn't happen when turning it left or when only turning it near the center.

Car is a 96 civic hatch with 115k miles.

Check to see if your batten plate is touching the rotor , also check your ball joints !
