how to adjust TPS?

so how exactly do u adjust the TPs TO THE correct voltage setting?? is there something u are suppose to turn? plz be descriptive. thx my car a auto now shift at like 2 000 rpm hehe not fun to drive.

go out and buy the haynes manual from Advanced for 15 bucks it will have the directions to do it. you hook up a volt meter to two wires and at no throttle ther should be .5 volts and 4.5 volts at full throttle.
