What intake manifolds will fit the f22b1? or does it have to be a standard f22b1 intake, looking into options. I wanted alittle bit of a vtec motor. but my f22a1 was such a lag I decided just to try a simple head swap first. what all is needed to do such?

The F22b1 head swap in my opinion will not give you the results you are looking for. It will not be like the B or H series vtec. I would first look into an intake manifold swap. I mean there will be a little tug but not much for the work. But to answer your question, yea 1 read the FAQ, and 2 I could be wrong but I think the F23 IM will fit. But there is plenty off info covering this topic out there.
