For the first time ever my R has airbag light on, and I never done this procedure on re-seting the light off. Plug it in and off doesn't work, so I got to pissed and didn't plug the clip in all the way, just a touch of the clip to the harness. And walllaaaaaa. Bye Bye airbag light.

Hope this help for some who are frustrated. Being lazy sometimes pays off!!!
